MindCore is an AI company focused on creating systems that understand people continuously, not as isolated inputs. We build AI that maintains context, memory, and emotional awareness across sessions and applications. Our flagship product, EchoMind, is a desktop AI companion, powered by our EyeCore infrastructure.
EchoMind is an AI companion that lives on your desktop. Unlike traditional chatbots, EchoMind learns your habits, remembers your preferences, and adapts to your emotional state. It can help you stay organized, provide gentle reminders, and offer support when you need it—while respecting your privacy by processing everything locally.
Three key differences:
- Persistent Memory: EchoMind remembers your conversations, preferences, and patterns across sessions.
- Emotional Awareness: Our AI adapts its responses based on your detected emotional state.
- Local-First Privacy: Your data stays on your device by default, unlike cloud-only alternatives.
EchoMind is currently in development with an early access program. You can join our waitlist to be among the first to try it when it launches. Other products like TechMind, VaultCore, and GameEye are in various stages of development.
Privacy & Security
Yes. MindCore is built on a local-first philosophy. By default, all your personal data—memories, conversations, screen context, and preferences—is stored and processed entirely on your device. We only transmit data to our servers when you explicitly enable optional cloud features like backup or sync.
Local-first means your data is processed and stored on your own computer, not on our servers. The AI runs directly on your device, which means:
- Your data never leaves your computer unless you choose to enable cloud features
- You have complete control and ownership over your data
- The AI works even without an internet connection (for most features)
- No one—including MindCore—can access your personal information
All locally stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by banks and governments. Your encryption key is derived from your credentials and never leaves your device. For any data transmitted to our servers (if you opt into cloud features), we use TLS 1.3 encryption.
EyeCore, our monitoring infrastructure, can observe your screen activity to provide contextual assistance—but this is entirely local. The data is processed on your device and never sent to our servers. You have full control over what EyeCore monitors through granular privacy settings, and you can disable screen monitoring entirely.
Yes, absolutely. Since your data is stored locally, you have complete control. You can delete individual memories, clear all data, or uninstall the application entirely. If you've enabled any cloud features, you can request deletion of that data as well, and we'll comply within 30 days as required by law.

EchoMind currently supports:
- Windows: Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit)
- macOS: macOS 12 (Monterey) and later
Linux support is planned for a future release. Mobile applications are on our long-term roadmap.
EyeCore is the privacy-aware monitoring infrastructure that powers all MindCore products. It's the "eyes" of our AI—observing your screen, applications, and activity to provide context. Unlike traditional monitoring software, EyeCore processes everything locally on your device and gives you granular control over what it can observe.
TechMind is an automated computer consulting and troubleshooting assistant. It can diagnose issues, suggest fixes, and even perform automated repairs with your permission. Think of it as having an IT expert available 24/7. TechMind is currently in preview and will launch after EchoMind.
Agent Mode is a beta feature that allows EchoMind to perform tasks autonomously on your behalf—like browsing the web, opening applications, taking notes, or setting reminders. Agent Mode requires explicit permission and can be enabled/disabled at any time. It's available on Advanced and Ultimate subscription tiers.

Yes! EchoMind offers a Free tier that includes basic conversation, short-term memory, and local-only data storage. It's a great way to experience what MindCore can do. For advanced features like long-term memory, emotional awareness, and Agent Mode, you'll need a paid subscription.
EchoMind offers four tiers:
- Free ($0/mo): Basic conversation, short-term memory
- Regular ($5.99/mo): Full emotional awareness, long-term memory, ad-free
- Advanced ($19.99/mo): Agent Mode, deep context analysis, secure backup
- Ultimate ($24.99/mo): Priority support, early access features, optional cloud sync
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll be downgraded to the Free tier but won't lose any of your local data.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Minimum Requirements:
- CPU: 4-core processor (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent)
- RAM: 8 GB
- Storage: 2 GB available space
- OS: Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS 12+
Recommended:
- CPU: 6+ core processor
- RAM: 16 GB
- GPU: Dedicated GPU with 4GB VRAM (for enhanced AI features)
Most core features work offline since processing happens locally. However, internet is required for:
- Initial setup and account verification
- Software updates
- Cloud features (if enabled)
- Some advanced AI capabilities that use cloud APIs
The base application is approximately 500 MB. Additional storage is used for:
- AI models: 500 MB - 2 GB depending on your configuration
- Memory database: Grows with usage, typically 100 MB - 1 GB
- Cache: Up to 500 MB (configurable)
Total typical usage: 2-4 GB. You can configure limits in settings.
